For acceptable forms of ID and what to bring for your appointment
California recognizes the following types of identification as valid if it is current or issued within the last five years –
All identification cards must contain a photo, a physical description, a signature, and a serial number. An international driver license cannot be accepted as proof of identification.
Identity of the signer may also be established by one or two credible witness or subscribing witness.

A flat travel fee of $35.00 will be charged for Mira Mesa residents.
A flat travel fee of will be charged for Notary services performed based on zip code.
A flat travel fee of $50.00 will be charged for Notary services performed on major holidays.
Travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID/documents or in situations where signer is not in a position to sign the documents.
If the wait time is 15 minutes past the appointment time, an additional $15 for every 15 minutes will be charged.
Documents print/copy/scan fee will apply.
We accept all major Venmo, Paypal, Credit Cards, Cash, Personal check, Company check, Cashier’s check, Money order.
Credit card – Additional 2.5% will be charged
Returned check due to insufficient funds will be charged $50.
